We strive to provide quality products when you purchase from If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchasing price, minus shipping cost. Safety Wearhouse does not reimburse shipping cost, whether being shipped to customer or being shipped back to store, from customer. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all orders.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging and with tags, with the Return Order Form to ensure full credit. For your convenience, we include a Return Order Form with all shipped items in your package.
Return Order Form must be included in the return package. We recommend you keep a copy for yourself, for your record keeping purposes.
We will not accept third party billing for returned merchandise.
Return Refunds will be delivered in the same form of payment used to originally purchase item(s). Depending on banking, this can take anywhere from 3 - 10 business days to complete. This is a banking policy, not a Safety Wearhouse policy. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your bank for more information on their policies.
Once an item has been visibly used, you are no longer able to return the item to the store from fair wear & tear. This includes but is not limited to scuff marks on boots, washing of clothing items, stains, rips or tears made from wear & tear.
If an item is received by the customer with obvious defects or damage, we ask that you please send us an email at [email protected] with proof of damage upon arrival.

However, should you believe your items have a manufacturing defect, please send the item back to Safety Wearhouse at

If the item is deemed to have a true manufacturing defect, Safety Wearhouse will send a replacement item of the purchase item.
If the item is not deemed a true manufacturing defect, no refund will be given towards the item. Customer is responsible for shipping item to the store for evaluation. If the item is deemed a manufacturing defect item, shipping will be refunded to the customer via whatever method customer has paid for item(s). If an item is not deemed a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for paying for the item to be shipped back to the customer.
