Return Policy


If you are not happy with your Safety Wear House purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return on most items (items noted in description at time of purchase cannot be returned ). We do accept exchanges also. You may request to return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags including boot boxes. If boot boxes are damaged, wrote on, or taped, then there could be a surcharge for a new box. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

Include this Safety Wear House Return Form in your package to help us process your return. We only accept returns from purchases made on Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your credit to appear back in the account which it came out of after we receive your item(s) back. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  You will receive a confirmation email for the refund.

3. For your protection, be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Safety Wear House cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
